Dogville
unité canine à moissy-cramayel
A fantastic and triangular site lost in the middle of railways, high-voltage lines, a factory and a village road. An ascetic program in a building dedicated to police dogs and dog trainers. Three programmatic units gathered around a service courtyard.
The arrangement of these different units generates a triangular building from which the central part has been removed. For functionality and safety reasons, the different parts of the program are linked and separated through this simple enclosed courtyard design. The choice of a strongly minimalist style has been made together with the building users, who agreed that the building should reflect both a functional and economical program in the most appropriate form of architecture.
